摘要
Rational control of molecular ordering is essential for supramolecular chemistry and nanoscience. Here, three distinct phases are observed in the liquid–solid interface and they can be transformed by modifying the solute concentration. In situ diluting and concentrating experiments show that the observed phase transitions are thermodynamically driven, and of high controllability and reversibility.
