摘要
Paclitaxel drug nanodots of ultranano size (≈10 nm) exhibit superior intratumoral penetrating ability than their large counterpart nanoparticles (≈70 nm) with the assistance of tumor-penetrating peptide. In this case, nanodots can efficiently eliminate cancer stem cells, remarkable restriction on tumor progress and metastasis is thus achieved.
