摘要

Achieving efficient charge transport is a great challenge in nanostructured electrode-based photoelectrochemical cells. In article number 1700793, Zhen Li, Yanli Zhao, and co-workers, aligned single-crystalline anatase TiO2 nanorod clustergraphene architectures (rGO/ATRCs) are developed. The utilization of rGO/ATRCs in photoelectrochemical solar cells shows a 22% increase in photovoltaic efficiency over conventional nanoparticle–graphene hybrids, presenting a promising potential application in the photoelectrochemical energy field.
