摘要

In article number 1700999, Wei Qi, Renliang Huang, and co-workers, report a new approach to design chiral nanostructures from self-assembly of N-(9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl)-protected phenylalanine-tryptophan-lysine tripeptides. The terminal charges strongly affect the direction and degree of twisting in the β-sheets. This enables the assembly of reconfigurable nanomaterials with their chirality that can be inverted dynamically between left- and right-handedness.
