摘要

Polyethylenimine (PEI) modified cross-stacked super-aligned carbon nanotube (CSCNT) film is employed as the top electrode for the inverted perovskite solar cell (PSC). Through the modification of PEI, better interfacial contact and promoted charge transfer could be achieved between PCBM and CSCNT. This CSCNT-based PSC exhibits outstanding stability and durability under a thermal and humid environment.
