摘要

In article 1600212, the first oscillation phenomenon of a copper wire embraced inside a self‐powered liquid metal machine is described by Jing Liu and co‐workers. When contacting a copper wire to liquid metal machine, it will be swallowed inside and then reciprocally move back and forth across the machine body, like a violin bow. Such oscillation can be easily regulated and speeded up by touching a steel needle on the liquid metal surface.
