摘要

It is discovered that polar molecules induce the lattice distortion of ligand-stabilized cubic CsPbI3, triggering the dipole moment for the hierarchical self-assembly of CsPbI3 nanocubes into single-crystalline nanowires accompanied by phase transition to the orthorhombic phase. The results elucidate the destabilization mechanism of cubic CsPbI3 nanocrystals upon exposure to polar molecules.
